Meeting: President Pam reported that this month has 5 Tuesdays, and we will have a club social at 5 in lieu of our regular meeting on April 30th at the Kittery Art Association in the center of the Foreside. Andy is coordinating the liquid refreshments, Sue is coordinating the munchies, and Dave G will handle support items.
Sue reminded the Club of the Thursday Blood Drive. Bob also reminded us that this coming Saturday was the District Training seminar.
50-50 Raffle: Andy had the lucky ticket this morning, the “Pot” is now at $62.00 and the deck is still a handful. President Pam had to depart early so President-Elect Pauli got to wrestle with the very large handful of cards.
But, Andy selected the 2 of Clubs! As he was the originator of the expression, we assured him “You are a winner for having played the Game!”
At our April 16th meeting, we invited members and past members to join us and let us know what they have been doing lately. We were delighted to have Dan Hale, who was a past club member, and Dave Fazzina, who is still an active member but has been committed to other endeavors the last couple of years, join us and share what they have been doing. Two other past members were planning on being with us, but emergent commitments prevented them doing so.
