President Pam reminded us of the Red Cross Blood Drive on the 15th of February
this will be a recognition of our 100th Club sponsored Blood Drive.
Also coming up is the "Concert for peace", A benefit for the Rotary Peace Scholars Program. Noble High School Auditorium, in North Berwick on February 17th at 2pm
We are collecting soups for "the "Souper Bowl". Donations can be dropped off at Pam and Andy's. We are in a friendly contest with the Afterhours Club and the Kittery Lions Club on who can collect the most ~ all for Footprints food pantry.
Shea and Andy and two of the great Traip Academy Interact Club members, supported the Table of Plenty last Thursday. Just under 100 guests, mostly takeout and most arriving in about one 15 minute period. A well planned and executed meal service, with a lot of careful preparation before the guests arrive.
50-50 Raffle: The raffle supports our Club administration expenses, with 50% of the proceeds going to the budget and 50% going in the "Pot". The individual with the drawn raffle ticket gets to draw from the ever decreasing deck of cards, and if the Joker gets selected they get the "Pot"
Today, Andy had the lucky ticket drawn and a chance at the , now $218.00 pot!
But, Alas, Andy got the Ace of Diamonds
(the Joker was about 6 to his right!)
The pot continues to grow ~the deck continues to shrink
