All good things come to a good end!
For years the Rotary Club of Kittery has met the end of the Holiday Parade with free cookies and cocoa and this year was no exception!
For decades the Club has greeted the end of the Holiday Parade with a smile and a hot cup of cocoa. Sometimes everyone arived wet, sometimes freezing cold, sometimes on the lingering light of fall, and a few times in a foot or more of snow. This has been one of our very fun projects as small (and large) hands reach out for a warming cup and a welcome cookie.

For the last several years we have had wonderful support from the R.W. Traip Interact Club who have quickly taken chare of distribution of the Holiday fare. This year was no exception as we had 10 members of the Club supporting.

Big thanks go out to Aroma Joe's , Subway, and Second Christian Church for their support. Aroma Joe's provided the Urns for the cocoa, Subway supplied over 400 cookies, and Second Christian once again was the source of the needed 15 gals of hot water for the cocoa.

No one objected to marching in fair weather this year, even Santa seemed to enjoy being dry!
