Sue Czarnionka is one of the Rotary Club of Kittery's longest members, inducted into the Club in 1992. Throughout her very active membership through Sue has been supported by her husband Paul Czarnionka, Tuesday, February 4th, was about Paul.
Paul Czarnionka has insisted he is not a "joiner", but for decades Paul has attended the events and celebrations of both the Club and District. Paul has routinely been there to setup, to take down, to staff booths, wash dishes, or otherwise help cleanup. It has been very common to hear from Sue "I can't make it, but Paul will be there!". Tuesday Sue talked Paul into coming to a regular meeting. The first order of business was to present Paul with a Paul Harris Fellow in recognition of all his years of active support for Rotary
In recognition of service, a Paul Harris Fellow- pinned without bloodshed!
Then the Club, with Sue, presented Paul an Honorary membership in the Rotary Club of Kittery with his own name badge. He is now official, Congratulations Paul, and thank you for being there all these years.
