Next Meeting: January 7 at the Kittery Community Center 8:30 AM
The Club will not meet on Christmas Eve or on New Year's Eve
Wishing all a merry and safe Holiday season as we move to 2025!
This week's meeting was at the R.W. Traip Academy as we recognize the December Students of the Month.
Last Thursday we supported our last Red Cross Blood Drive of 2024.
We are joining with the Kittery Rotary Afterhours Club (KRAH) to support a single commodity at the Footprints Food Panty. We will be collecting through the Month of January at meetings or you can give your donations to Brad, who, along with Dave Sutton of the KRAH, are coordinating the Kittery Rotary Clubs' combined effort. Our first commodity is coffee, either Instant or ground.
On January 9th Pam and Andy have invited the club (and family and friends) to an evening social at their home in Eliot.
This was a very big meeting for the Club. In addition to being a favorite, the recognition of the Students of the Month, the Club had a special guest: Sally Manninen from the Choose to be healthy coalition of York County,
to make a presentation. The Club also had another special occasion: The induction of our newest member, Atencio Martin, fittingly held in the school he had graduated from, (a few years back). All of which are covered in the stories to follow:
