Welcome to Rotary Club of Kittery!
Fifth Tuesday for July, 2025 was hosted at Kittery Land Trust's Nooney Farm. We gathered under the big, shady oak which offered some shelter from the heat.
Midge Nelson, Yvonne Legge, and Ted Alex came to our July 15, 2025 meeting to educate us about Rotaplast International which provides reconstructive surgery and care for cleft lip and palate, burn scarring and conracture, and other deformities
At our July 8, 2025 meeting, we had the presentation of the Rotarian of the Year award and the changeover from Co-Presidents Brad Hirst and Pauli Rines to President Andy Glazer. As usual, a good mixture of recognition and roast occurred.
As outgoing School Superintendent Eric Waddell observed in his opening remarks - at Rotary, we love to give money away.
Students of the month for May, 2025 were Sawyer Alex from Shapleigh School and Brooklyn Boisvert from Traip Academy. And, along with them, we also had Myles Seckler, a previous student of the month back to give us an update on his most recent activities.
